- Defining bullying and its different forms (physical, verbal, relational, cyberbullying)
- Exploring the root causes of bullying (individual, social, environmental)
- Examining the consequences of bullying for victims, perpetrators, and the school community
- Recognizing the signs and symptoms of bullying
- Developing effective strategies for reporting and documenting bullying incidents
- Implementing appropriate interventions to stop bullying behaviors and support victims
- Fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity
- Promoting positive relationships between students and staff
- Implementing school-wide programs to prevent bullying and promote positive behavior
- Teaching students about the different roles they can play in preventing and addressing bullying
- Providing students with the skills and confidence to intervene safely and effectively
- Developing student-led initiatives to promote a bully-free school environment
- Developing individual action plans for implementing bullying prevention programs in participants' schools
