Exploring the root causes of bullying (individual, social, environmental)
Examining the consequences of bullying for victims, perpetrators, and the school community

Day 2: Identifying and Responding to Bullying

Recognizing the signs and symptoms of bullying
Developing effective strategies for reporting and documenting bullying incidents
Implementing appropriate interventions to stop bullying behaviors and support victims

Day 3: Creating a Positive School Climate

Fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity
