  • Defining bullying and its different forms (physical, verbal, relational, cyberbullying)
  • Exploring the root causes of bullying (individual, social, environmental)
  • Examining the consequences of bullying for victims, perpetrators, and the school community
Day 2: Identifying and Responding to Bullying
  • Recognizing the signs and symptoms of bullying
  • Developing effective strategies for reporting and documenting bullying incidents
  • Implementing appropriate interventions to stop bullying behaviors and support victims
Day 3: Creating a Positive School Climate
  • Fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity
  • Promoting positive relationships between students and staff
  • Implementing school-wide programs to prevent bullying and promote positive behavior
Day 4: Empowering Students as Upstanders
  • Teaching students about the different roles they can play in preventing and addressing bullying
  • Providing students with the skills and confidence to intervene safely and effectively
