"The European citizen marathon” stems from the will of four schools from four different countries, France, Greece, Italy and Spain to collaborate together at an international level to offer to their institutes better and more motivating opportunities of innovation, sharing and participation. the schools involved in the project, created this proposal trying to put together the two needs mentioned above, setting up an experimental educational path that exploits the potential of SPORT. Sport, with its educational and ethic values, can help to pursue inclusion, participation, and social aggregation; it is also an instrument of wellness and prevention, as policies, actions and programs of the European Union and its member States teach us. An “Olympic games” meeting in any LTT activity will offer the opportunity to practise different sports, individually or in the group, and to learn to stay with others, respect rules, share and contribute to solve problems, develop skills and abilities.
