Cooking cultures 2016

In the course of this project, all participants will come closer to the cuisine of their country writing traditional recipes that are typical and best represent their country each season of the year (for example: traditional food in Christmas, Carnival, Easter, a celebration in our country about food...) We will also have the chance to become acquainted with the cuisine and culture of other European countries. Finally, we will collaborate in order to create a cuisine book that includes recipes from all the countries taking part in the project. The main objective in our project is: cooking the way to accept cultural diversity and be respectful!
