Green footprint

Due to the socioeconomic and cultural profile of our students, we consider very important to facilitate experiences in which they can learn about other realities and different cultural responses to similar problems in their local contexts. For many years, we have implemented projects that seek to offer a more global perspective and foster active engagement to face social and environmental issues. We believe that the methodology based on service learning has a greater impact, not only on our students but also on the local context of our school and their families, in the short, medium and long term. Currently, it is specified in a learning service project related to the field of the environment. In the last school year, we designed the "Green Footprint Project" We have implemented the first phase. The four phases of this project will be carried out in the next school years and it wants to break with the paradigm of the linear economy.
