EU for Youth

The current problem faced by schools is the lack of understanding and knowledge of European Citizenship. This leads to limited opportunities for students to engage with the EU and its institutions.There is a need for students develop critical thinking and civic skills,as well as an understanding of their role as active citizens in a multicultural and diverse society. This project aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of EU and its Citizenship. During the project, participants will learn about the EU's role in shaping the continent and the world by elaborating EU’s institutions, values, principles, European heritage and democracy. The main aims of the Project can defined as to; •Understand the EU institutions and their role in shaping the World, •Develop critical thinking and civic skills and the knowledge necessary to promote European Citizenship, •Understand the EU’s values and principles.
