A cross-curricular project that aims at developing the students’ social and civic competences through an adventure. The adventure consists of environmental, cultural and societal challenges. The 10-year-old students become volunteers who need to study and research the challenges, solve real-life problems and, eventually, protect their cultural heritage, the natural environment (both in terms of fauna and flora) and their fellow human beings from various dangers such as fires, floods, overconsumption & littering. Science, books and films show them the way. First, they start with their own emotional health. The project starts in November and is completed in May with dissemination activities.
