The USR of Tuscany is the promoter of a "Consortium" linking schools whose staff cope with similar problems in order to facilitate exchange of good practices. A common approach focused on awarness and sustainability is the choice to tackle problems deriving from a very large school population, characterized by strong migratory phenomena, with a high percentage of pupils with disabilities and special educational needs, focusing on innovative didactics. All the linked Institutions aim to promote "well-being" of the organization in all its components, improving the school climate and the sense of belonging to the community, preventing discomfort in schools, promoting the achievement and job satisfaction of the school staff, and supporting the well-being of students.
