As a result of the researches, foreign language teaching given at an early age improves intelligence in the child and increases the ability to understand in the mother tongue. Accordingly, the earlier foreign language learning begins, the easier it is to learn the language. In fact, the purpose of foreign language teaching at an early age is not to make the foreign language as it learns its mother tongue, but to give awareness of the existence of languages and cultures outside its language and culture. In our project, it is 4-11 years old to teach english language education with natural methods such as games, songs and rhyming in parallel with information technologies.
