Our project HET (Hold Everyone Together) is based on the importance of providing every student but mostly disadvantaged students inclusive opportunities to join society and to become more competent as unique individuals. Our team is composed of five educational institutions from different countries (Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Poland, and Romania) with more than 3700 students aged between 14-19 and 150 teachers with different experiences, knowledge and beliefs but with common goals. We intend to apply 21st century skills to improve our students’ social and interpersonal competencies, show them different ways to learn and think, encourage them to work collaboratively with others in a coherent way, understand themselves better and develop their entrepreneurial, social, language and digital competences. Through our project we believe all of our students but mostly disadvantaged ones will improve their abilities and dignity on the basis of their identity.
