Project plan
Project aim is to encourage young people to be active members of their communities, develop tolerance and intercultural understanding, strengthen their capacity for social interaction, develop language and digital skills.
6 international houses named by famous person – students choose their house of interest where they will “live” during the project. They will collaborate with their international roommates on the topics they chose and working on their tasks and final products. All created materials will be collected on twinspace and project web site (Wordpress).
Sports – Michael Jordan – topics: importance of practicing sports

Science – Nikola Tesla – topics: technology development and its use in each country

Music – Edith Piaf – topics: music genres through history, national traditional music, music that we like

Art – Salvador Dali – topic: creative expression

o presentation about famous national artists (sculpture, painting, architecture) - international
o create artwork in specific art genre – Picasso like, photo reproduction of famous artwork, create photomontage miniature – national (solo)/ international (together exhibition)
o preparing and conducting art activity with preschool children – international(prepare)/national (conduct)
Social inclusion – Mother Theresa – topic: volunteering and care for others, inclusion of all ages

Literature – Shakespeare – importance of literacy and language learning
