Poverty rates have halved since 1990, but there is still much work to be done to end it. 

 

The goal of poverty reduction is to increase the overall standard of living in developing countries by reducing the number of people living on less than $1.25/day.

What is poverty?

1.Definition of poverty:
Poverty is when a person doesn't have enough money because the people in their work don't earn much money and sometimes in their work they work more hours to earn more money. but this has the causes such as wars, climate change, difficulty accessing water, sanitation, offense of the system of sanitation, offense of food etc.

1.DEFINITION OF POVERTY
The poverty it’s one shape of the world when you have a little bit of everything: less food, just a few clothes, sometimes they don’t even have a home.
And most of the time they beg for money on the street.
They sometimes build a box as if it is a ‘’home’’.
THE CAUSES…
The discrimination and the exclusion of society.
The lack is employment or ingress.
And finally the lack of poverty living.

What is poverty? The poverty is when the people don't have money, food, or home. The principal causes of poverty are: the wars, the unemployment, the climate change, the lack of medical care, and lack of adequate housing.

Poverty is a state or situation in which a person or a group of people don't have enough money or the basic things they need to live.
Causes of Poverty:
Poverty has several causes, including a lack of access to essentials such as water, food, shelter, education, and healthcare.

Poor governance,corruption,and poor infrastructure-keep the governed locked out of opportunities,wealth and resources,and denies them ready access to essential goods and services .conflict-particularly affects women in poorer economies.

Poverty is the situation if we can’t get the physical and psychological needs. It is one or more of the principal causes of the shortage of means and material, and insufficient material for having a worthy life. Poverty is the opposite of being rich.

The causes that create poverty are quite famous like: war, climate change, difficulty in accessing water or of the sanitary system, malnutrition, etc. That makes people find themselves in times of poverty and some people all his life in poverty.

1 DEFINITION OF POBERTY.The definition of poor is a person of not money, not house and is very sad about the word. The region of Africa, Asia and Latin America are among the most affected.

Some countries with poverty are:
Sierra Leone,Malawi,Central
Republic,Madagascar,Somalia,South Sudan,Niger and Mozambique but Brundi is the poorest with average of 280€ for habitant.
Causes of poverty:
Inadequate access to clean water and nutritious food, little or not access to work in their job, inequality, and poor education.

The poor woman is a person with few resources, they cannot buy food unless they are given food and they have to beg on the street and they have to sleep on the street.

Life for someone who doesn't have food, clothes or a home must be very hard, tiring, sad and disappointing. Someone who lacks the basics is hungry, cold, sad, afraid and lonely.

We can volunteer in our local community, help shelters. donate and talk about this with our school friends and family.
