The project has been developed in the tender is considered important by all the participant institutes because it elaborates a theme- motivation- in a complex way which has vital importance for both the schools and the members of the schools. The results of the project will have an impact on multiple levels. Besides the reconsideration, understanding and deeper knowledge of the single elements of the motivation topic regarding the gained experience of the participants in the project also will be expected the prevention of the Burnout syndrome. Because of the project the personal motivation of the participants will be stronger, they will be conscious in choosing and reconsidering, from time to time, their motivational tools so that they will be able to work in a more efficient and productive way.
