This project is a KA201 running partnership-2017-1-PT01-KA201-035788. It is a 3 years strategic partnership for Innovation with Portugal, Romania, Italy, Germany, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Turkey.This project goes further as it includes major issues such as Race, Gender, Poverty, Ethnicity, Faith, Educational Disadvantage, Special Educational Needs, Mental Health, Disability. Inclusion is a mindset, a culture which, when embedded as non-negotiable practice in school environment, produces amazing outcomes. It implies making learning accessible through differentiation, the crafting of individual curricula, honouring context and culture, nurturing relationships with families and continually questioning practices to ensure all are being benefitted. Thus, every action of the project is inspired in reducing disparities in learning outcomes of students within our project scope and the achievement of educational success.
