Schools from 6 European Countries (Spain, Portugal, Austria, Greece, Poland and Croatia will exchange best practices, each one in their field of expertise through experiential activities carried out by/with the students which will be funded by Erasmus projects of each school. We will particularly concentrate in the fields of Digital Education, Outdoor Education, Environmental Education and Project- Based Learning.
