READING BOOK IN MY PYJAMAS / PİJAMAMLA KİTAP OKUYORUM

We want students to see reading as a need and we expect them to improve themselves by reading in their free time. We aim to make our students gain regular reading habit .The benefits of reading, of course, do not end with counting. Especially, we aim to read book before bedtime. As it is known, our brain works more at night. All our energy accumulates in the brain while resting and sleeping. So, the things we read before sleep will remain in our minds better. Reading books before sleep is very important for students social and general health. One of the most important benefits of reading a book at night is that it exercises our brain. Reading books reduces the tiredness of the day and increases the quality of sleep. It improves imagination and empathy. The habit of reading books should be acquired at a young age.
