The project involves: two countries, five students and one teacher from each country and will take two months (May-June 2021). Local cuisine based on traditional, healthy recipes is gaining popularity as opposed to junk food of the fast moving world. These recipes are a distinguishing part of the culture of a given nation but convey universal tendency to achieve the state of wellbeing and health which makes them a perfect topic for collaboration. Students get opportunity to explore their own culinary tradition. They present it to their partners; learn how to enjoy slow food, appreciate it for economic and health reasons and care for it. Students will cook their partners' regional dish and give instructions on how to prepare their own. An ebook will be created in three languages (national ones and English) for everybody to make use of it. English will be used for communication. The project utilizes a number of ICT tools and engages students actively at every phase of its implementation.
