FINAL REPORT
The “STEAM with games” eTwinning project continued efficiently for 8 months with common activities between October 2023 and May 2024. 4 countries from 5 High Schools, 5 Teachers, and nearly 70 students worked together on this project.
All the activities specified during the project application form have been made and all of the goals plan have been achieved. During the project, we made evaluations and measured the rate of reaching the goals. The following items were evaluated according to the results of the students'/teachers' survey's avarage applied in the project process and the concrete outputs of the project
Some results are as follows;
* Increasing students' motivation towards mathematics lessons (83 %)
* Developing creativity by revealing original ideas/ products (100 %)
* Developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills (80 %)
* Experiencing interdisciplinary project-based learning (77,5 %)
* Improving the ability to use the English language (72 %)
* Increasing teachers' and students' knowledge and skills about Web 2.0 tools, 3D modeling, 3D printing (89,5 %)
* Developing collaborative and cohesive working skills (80 %)
* Raising awareness on mathematics literacy, ICT literacy, media literacy, personal data security, and copyrights (100 %)
* Improving communication skills and cultural exchange of students with peers ( 88,5%)
* Introducing the eTwinning platform and our project to other colleagues and students (100 %)
* Improving the relationship of teachers with their foreign colleagues and establishing new partnerships ( 70%)
All items are at or above the 70% level initially targeted. So all goals of the project have been achieved.Also dissemination works were carried out regularly at every stage of the project. As a result of the project, the common products and concrete outputs were achieved.
As can be seen from the evaluation results, the studies were successfully completed. Good relationships are developed between all partners. Thank you very much to all partners for their contribution and cooperation. Hope to meet in new projects.
