INTRODUCTION

After finishing our own coins, let's now discover what partners find relevant in their countries. The goal of this activity is that students learn about the symbols their colleagues have put on their coins, using the content on pages "GETTING INFORMATION ABOUT NATIONAL SYMBOLS" or "DESCRIBING THE COINS".

We want to check their knowledge through an online quiz that we we will create together.

MAKING THE QUIZ

Each country has to come up with four multiple-choice questions. For example: 

Which national park in Croatia is renowned for its series of sixteen terraced lakes, connected by waterfalls, and rich forest surroundings?

A) Krka National Park
B) Plitvice Lakes National Park 
C) Paklenica National Park
D) Mljet National Park

The questions have to be connected to the national symbols used in the project. In other words, they should be based on the content provided in TwinSpace pages mentioned above.

The questions with the answers should be sent to this email: jure.plut@skole.hr (SUBJECT: Coins Quiz: [country]).

VIDEOCALL

We will organise an online video conference where students and teachers of each partner school will be able to participate.

The quiz will be made in Google Forms in a way that the host will share the screen with a numbered question while the participants will choose the correct answer on their devices.

The participants will do the quiz in groups of three. There can be any number of groups per partner school.

Partners who will not be able to join the videocall will also get an opportunity of doing the quiz the online event.
