In our globalizing world, education systems are important factors in the development of countries.Teachers play the most effective role in educational processes. For this reason, success in education can be realized by increasing the quality of the teaching profession.Byconducting interdisciplinary courses, they will gain skills in preparing surveys,managing content,creating blogs, preparing tests,and providing a rich teaching environment.They will guide the efficient use of computers and technology at home by providing experience from transnationally used platforms such as open educational resources and open learning environment .Our aim;Teachers in our institutions to gain professional competencies with technology applications that can be used in education-to introduce teachers to digital competencies and digital literacy.Observing, comparing the trainings of our partners and overcoming our deficiencies,firstly transferring them to their students and then to their institutions.
