TOGETHER AGAİNST THE FOOD WASTE

One of the biggest problems faced by humanity today is "global climate change and drought." With the population increasing every day and the energy consumption it brings, humanity; It steals from the life of the world and therefore from the future of our generations. In order to prevent and prevent this situation, it is essential for the new generation to be knowledgeable, conscious and sensitive. In this project, the issue of "waste", which is one side of global climate change and drought, was chosen as the theme. According to the report of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), 1.3 billion tons of food goes to waste and is wasted annually in the world. However, in other parts of the world, tens of millions of people are dying of hunger. States and large-scale non-governmental organizations trying to prevent this situation are inadequate. With this project, the goals are to increase the sensitivity of the new generation towards food and food waste and to achieve zero waste targets. In this regard, it will be studied what can be made as a second product from the leftovers of a meal or stale products without going to waste.
