The project "Meeting our cultures!" is a collaboration between Italy (founder of the project) and Spain (co-founder) and other nations who want to make themselves and their traditions known. In fact, this project aims to make the students of the younger generations aware of the importance of their own traditions and cultures and to let them know the customs and traditions of other countries and be aware of the richness and cultural diversity in Europe. Common activities and cooperation will make students understand how important it is to nurture a feeling of welcome and be inclusive, respecting other nations. We will share information about life, culture, gastronomy, religion, traditions, languages, history, etc. Students will be involved in the activities creatively and will be encouraged to find similarities and differences between European countries. The languages used in the project will be English and Italian, so students will have the opportunity to improve their language skills. Various multimedia tools will be used for carrying out the project activities, so that the students will also be able to increase their digital skills.
