Each participating student chooses one dish that was prepared in the past in his family or in the region where he lives. Subsequently, he processes the recipe into a form suitable for an e-book and processes the entire process of food preparation as well as all the information he has obtained about the origin of the food and the methods of its preparation in the form of a video. Pupils of partner schools will be able to try individual dishes in person and rate them. The partner schools will send the raw materials that could not be purchased in the given country to each other by post. The project will bring students closer to the culture and eating habits of the general population.
