On the roots/routes of food

The idea of ​​the project is inspired by the different typical elements of the cuisine and agricultural production of the participating countries (spices, rice/strawberries, salt in particular) and the idea that it is necessary to create an awareness of the origin and history of what we eat (C. Petrini ), because food is closely connected to cultural identities that have roots in history and that change over time. Students will be led to curiosity about the origins of some ingredients of European cuisine; the routes they have travelled and which they travel today The project is "short and simple, small and manageable" but it can possibly be expanded to other future collaborations and includes cooperation, theoretical part and a practical part with practice lessons (divided by type of school) of computer science and cooking.
