This project is about to help young people with the common problems they can face up in their lives. Our aim is to create guide how to deal with stress, fear of communication and social media. It will be done by young people for young people in a suitable way. Beside creating this guide they will discuss together about the way how can young people deal with stressful situation in their lives, we are going to show techniques how to handle with it. Another topic will be the fear of communication, what is probably the most common problem when we talk about learning foreign languages - we are going to do activities that support their self-confidence. The last thing we are going to deal with is the serious problem are society has to face up is the problem with the social media - bullying, fake celebrities etc. We are going to sum up all important information and show what can happen to you when you spend too much time with the social media.
