Obiectivul predominant este promovarea unei bune vecinătăți la nivel local, regional, global. Se vor intui activități de valorificare a posibilelor vecinătăți din mediile persistente în cadrul societății: om - om, om - societate, om - natură. The predominant objective is to promote a good neighborhood at local, regional, global level.
