Sustainable Snacks for our cafeterias

We want to improve the diet at our school by exchanging ideas with our Italian partner school and inspire each other by using different cultural perspectives on nutrition and culture. After an introduction phase via a Twinspace, the project participants learn the basics of good and balanced nutrition. Then the German students develop a first prototype for a healthy and sustainable snack for school breaks. This is the prerequisite for a mobility to Brindisi, where Italian eating habits in Puglia, but also at the partner school IISS Majorana, are studied on site. The findings will be incorporated into the development of the snack. The work steps will be documented in a blog. Potentially the snack could be introduced at IISS Majorana as well.
