Our project is a KA101 staff mobility project. Our teaching staff is in need of additional competences in the quest of facing the increasing number of foreign students. We need to acquire new skills, ideas and ways of helping the students in order to promote social and cultural inclusion. A lot of attention is also given to students with behavioural and emotional difficulties. In spite of all the preventive and disciplinary measures implemented during lessons and other activities, we are noticing an increase in unwanted behaviours and the disciplinary measures associated with them. Teachers need additional competences for dealing with students with prominent behavioural difficulties. We need to devise new ways of dealing with future generations of students. The options include learning meditation, mindfulness practice, kinaesthetic activities, games as well as the motivation to participate in international projects.
