Greek schools are closed for the Easter Break! I would like to take this opportunity to express my admiration for all the effort, the time and the hard work you are devoting on this project! Please accept my gratitude and my very best spring wishes!
Healthy receipes from Slovak team.
We´ve chosen Horalky and Bryndza. Horalky are wafers with peanut filling. It´s very popular in Slovakia.
Bryndza is a very special soft sheep cheese with a specific smell. Bryndza itself has got rich nutritional values and it´s very healthy. With bryndza we make a typical slovak meal - potato dumplings with bryndza and bacon, called "bryndzove halushky". It´s so yummy!
Horalky receipe
INGREDIENTS:
white youghurt
honney
oats
fruits
fruit juice (what you like)
Horalky
Take a glass cup. Mix together yoghurt and honey (according to your taste) and oats with chopped Horalky. At the bottom of the glass cup put the oats with Horalky and pour with the juice, cover with yoghurt and honey. Repeat again. Use fruits and chopped Horalky on top.
Bryndza receipe
INGREDIENTS:
bryndza
butter
chive
black pepper
red pepper
salt
ground cumin
Mix bryndza and butter together, add cutted chive, salt, cumin, black and red pepper.
