The aim is that a few European partners co-operate with each other throughout the school year. The idea is that each partner country could create its own character or use a teddy bear or a puppet that already exists to represent its country. This character would then travel from country to country and spend in each partner school for a few weeks. During that time the teachers with their pupils are to write a travel journal about its experiences and discoveries. They could bring it to their homes and take pictures of the places they visit etc. Then the character would continue its journey to another school in another country and finally after the whole European tour it would return home with the journal full of pictures and stories. We have now interested participants from Finland, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Romania and England. The idea is to promote culture of our own and learn about the culture and geography of different countries through our travelling characters.
