Education and happiness are two basic concepts that are very closely related to each other. These two concepts can sometimes be the cause of each other, and sometimes they can be the result of each other. In some cases, it has been stated that both concepts are the purpose of each other. In fact, in some cultural structures, the concepts of happiness and education are even used interchangeably. While some scientific circles see education as the purpose of happiness, some circles consider the main purpose of education for happiness. Happiness is a very basic purpose of education; It can be considered as a cornerstone against which we can measure everything done in the name of education (Noddings, 2006, 11). In this context, happiness is seen as a criterion when considering education. Happiness appears as an important criterion for schools, which are the most basic units of education.
