TEACHERS' POST TEST

We conducted a pre-test and post-test evaluation with the teachers who participated in the "Boost My English" project to assess its effectiveness in improving students' English language skills and other related aspects. The feedback from the teachers was overwhelmingly positive, indicating the project's success in various areas. The following are the key findings from the evaluation:

Effectiveness in Improving Students' English Language Skills: The majority of teachers (95%) reported that the "Boost My English" project was highly effective in improving students' English language skills. They observed significant progress in students' speaking abilities, vocabulary, and overall confidence in using English. This positive outcome indicates that the project's activities and digital tools provided valuable opportunities for language practice and skill development.

Promotion of Active Participation and Engagement: Teachers unanimously agreed (100%) that the project succeeded in promoting active participation and engagement among students. They witnessed increased enthusiasm and motivation in the classroom, as students were actively involved in collaborative activities, cultural exchange, and project-based learning. The interactive nature of the project kept students engaged throughout the learning process.

Integration with Existing Curriculum and Teaching Methods: An overwhelming majority of teachers (90%) expressed that the "Boost My English" project integrated well with their existing curriculum and teaching methods. They found it easy to align the project activities with the curriculum's learning outcomes and seamlessly incorporate them into their lesson plans. This integration ensured a smooth transition between regular classroom instruction and project-based learning activities.

Adequate Support and Resources: Teachers reported (85%) that they received adequate support and resources for implementing the "Boost My English" project. They highlighted the valuable guidance provided by project coordinators, who offered assistance in designing activities, utilizing digital tools effectively, and managing collaboration with partner schools. The availability of resources, such as online materials and educational platforms, also contributed to the smooth implementation of the project.

Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: The project was highly successful in fostering a positive learning environment in the classroom, as reported by the teachers (95%). They observed increased student engagement, cooperation, and mutual respect.
