Dear partners,
We have already decided that we'll follow a multidisciplinary approach so to enhance our project collaboration but it would be interesting for our project results to know some details regarding the integration of our project into your existing curriculum or subject matter. Specifically, we would appreciate if you could share how you have attempted to incorporate our project into your teaching framework.

Please provide details on:

  • How you have integrated our project into your existing curriculum or subject matter.
  • Whether you have followed a multidisciplinary approach in national level and how it has been implemented.
  • Any challenges or successes you have encountered during the integration process.

Your responses will greatly contribute to our collective understanding and help us refine our collaborative efforts.

Integrating Erasmus Project "Health at School" into Existing Curriculum

To integrate the Erasmus project "Health at School" into the existing curriculum, schools can:

  • Identify Relevant Subjects: Incorporate health topics into subjects like biology, physical education, and social studies.

  • Develop Modules: Create specific modules focusing on nutrition, mental health, and physical activity.

  • Teacher Training: Provide professional development for teachers to effectively deliver health education.

  •

Multidisciplinary Approach at National Level

Implementing a multidisciplinary approach involves:

  • Collaboration: Engage various stakeholders, including health professionals, educators, and policymakers.

  • Cross-Subject Projects: Develop projects that require input from multiple disciplines, such as science and physical education.

  • National Guidelines: Establish national guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in health education.

Implementation and Challenges

Implementation strategies and potential challenges include:

  • Successes: Improved student awareness and healthier lifestyle choices.

  • Challenges: Resistance to curriculum changes, lack of resources, and varying levels of teacher expertise.

  • Solutions: Continuous training, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement to overcome challenges.

Here on this link you can find the presentation to demonstrate principles of integrating the project in the school curriculum in general:
