In our world, there is renewed interest in the search for knowledge and meaning. There is a desire to seek different solutions, and to look far into the future and make a difference for that future. Taking part in the project we will have a chance to experience much of Leonardo da Vinci's work from his drawings and paintings to his most creative inventions. Students will experience cross-fertilization between science, math, and art in a hands-on, practical and creative activity. The project will involve teamwork and thoughtful dialogue in which students exchange ideas and discuss ways to problemsolve. Through these activities, students learn how to divide up responsibilities, compromise, listen to and encourage each other. Such project will allow open-ended exploring and investigating, problem to solve and solutions to create. The more senses involved in education, the more it will help students remember what they are learning.
