“Count on Nature” project is the proposal for those who prefer simple but cross-curricular projects based on the natural and cultural environment. Its main point is the skill of counting (from 1 to 10 or even twelve!) in students’ languages (Polish, French, English, Ukrainian and others). Within collaborative activities children will build the shapes of numbers from natural material, play hopscotch game in different languages, create an art from rubbish (collected within one day environmental action outdoors) or take part in virtual drawing. As teachers participating in the project will be asked to bring some natural materials with them to share, everyone will go back home with a collection to play and do the art in a project. We will try to set a balanced space for children’s exploration of both the real and virtual world of eTwinning.
