PİCASSO OF AUTİSM

We have observed that most children with autism spectrum disorder can Express themselves through art more easily in situations in which they can’t Express themselves. In this subject, our exit point was statement of Georgia O’Keeffe’s who is famous painter, which I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn't say any other way - things I had no words for. Children with autism spectrum disorder express their thoughts and feelings with cubic drawing. Therefore, we have prefered famous painter Picasso’s works, which he has adopted cubic drawing, for our project. In our project, we will provide that children with autism spectrum disorder will rebuild Picasso's most famous work with their perspectives and by combining techniques which are taken part of the visual arts education curriculum. During the project, all of the children with autism spectrum disorder who have joined our project will be supported with their skills like motor, attention span, taking responsibility
