The methods and techniques used in the education of individuals who need special education have changed greatly in developed countries, and the validity of classical methods has decreased with the developing technology. The correct use of technology in education is of great importance for the educational content and methods to be developed for future generations. While preparing these special children for the future, their teachers need to develop new learning techniques. It is a fact that the education of individuals with special needs cannot be independent from this, as technology develops rapidly. With this project, it is aimed to raise private individuals who adapt to digital, virtual and technological development at every stage of their education and professional life.
