2021 is the first year that the Olympic Games take place during an odd year, that is why we want to honor this event. The participants will use Statistics in order to know each other as well as to analyze the features of the Olympic Game host cities and countires. Moreover, they will calculate probabilities of winning a medal by country and they will study Arithmetic, Functions and Geometry through the different Olympic sports. The collaborative process throughout the project will require students to work in teams, investigate, exchange points of view, reach agreements, and make decisions together in a respectful way. Furthermore, they will improve their communication skills in English and the use of ICT as a means of communication and expression.
