The ocean is a planetary superpower. Home to spectacular ecosystems and treasured wildlife, It regulates our climate, produces half the oxygen we breathe, and fuels the water cycle that produces rain and freshwater. Unfortunately it is being threatened by pollution created by humans. We still have time to give the oceans/ seas/rivers the room it needs to be resilient in the face of growing threats. But we have to work together, if we want the future generations to enjoy the benefits of marine life. In this project, our students called as Eco Twinners are setting sail through the rivers, seas and oceans in order to raise awareness againt marine pollution and join forces towards more sustainable planet.
