Our institution started with Initial Teacher Education (ITE) eTwinning projects in 2019. I've been an eTwinning Ambassador for Germany since 2022. Find our events here: https://erasmusplus.schule/veranstaltungen-finden
As a professor with the Professional School of Education, I design and teach blended learning classes at Stuttgart University and PH-Ludwigsburg. The majority of our students are working on MAs in Education, BA Lehramt or BA English degrees and will one day be teachers. Student Teachers from University of Hohenheim, the Art Academy and the Music Academy also attend these classes.
We bring eTwinning and Erasmus+ projects into our Teacher Training (Lehramt) Fachdidaktik courses and online teaching training, so our future teachers know about eTwinning and Erasmus+ before they start teaching, so they develop digitalization and interculturality competences now.
Courses:
"Project-Based Learning with eTwinning & Erasmus+ for Interculturality"
"Universal Design for Learning & Barrier-Free/Accessible Course Content for Online Courses"
"Instructional Design & Teaching Online"
Each semester (mid-October to mid-February & mid-April to mid-July), we look for international ITEs to work on short projects together (4-5 weeks).
We are also interested in Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) with partners.
In 2022, our institution was selected as European eTwinning ITE of the Year. Contact me to start a project, attend our courses or get help starting your ITE program/projects.
Thanks!
