The history of the school in Rus begins in 1838. The school is situated in a fabulous area, on the slope of a large slope, on the edge of the Łyna River valley. Surrounded by forests and hills bordering the "Las Warmiński" nature reserve. Students can develop their interests and deepen their knowledge by participating in interest circles, incl. in the circle: language (English, German, Polish), biological, mathematical and physical, chemical, board games, editorial, IT, theater, art, scrapbookong and cardmaking, dance, vocal, chess. The school is systematically developing and teachers improve their professional competences. In our work, we place emphasis on environmental protection and health promotion. It is a tradition that April 22 is an important day at our school, devoted to the problems of environmental protection and natural resources.
