We are a Secondary school with about 120 students from the age of 10-14. In our school we offer
students languages such as English and French. English lessons are implemented in the 5th and 6th
grades with four lessons per week. In the 7th and 8th grade students have three lessons per week.
Especially the students of the 7th and 8th grades are involved in international projects (Erasmus+,
eTwinning, ...) There the students make their first experience in using a foreign language in authentic
situations. Students are involved early in ICT tools. In the 5th, 6th and 7th grades students have ICT
lessons to get to know the most important tools for their future. They are implemented in the
student´s daily life. In extra lessons students are tought some advanced digital skills (such as how to
set up a website, questionaires, filming and cutting, pre- and post production,...). Our school is highly
equipped with computers, lapotops, tablets and tools concerned coding and robotic. With these
aquired skills students from our school are well prepared for their future lifes. The NMS Kohfidisch is
situated in an industrially disadvantaged area close to the Hungarian border. - pupils with special
needs are integrated - pupils of immigrant families are in our classes and we take great effort to
integrate those pupils - school development is a continuous process and taking part in an Erasmus+
