Food for thought

Promotion of Cultural Diversity: The project aims to celebrate the richness of culinary heritages by encouraging students to share their traditional recipes. This will foster understanding and appreciation of the different cultures present within the group of students. Intercultural Learning: Participants will have the opportunity to learn from each other by exploring recipes and culinary techniques specific to each represented country. They can exchange knowledge, ask questions, and receive practical advice to enhance their culinary skills. Appropriation and Integration: After discovering new recipes, students will be able to adapt and propose them in their own school establishment. This will help diversify the food offerings in cafeterias or special events, providing students with a wider range of authentic culinary choices.
