BE - Stage 2 preparation

Last week UCLL started the preparation of the Stage 2 Activities with the UCLL students.

You see Ann Steppe demonstrating the DiStars environment to the teacher students.

Preparation of Stage 2

The idea is to have school students create a story on how to go to another celestial body in order to enjoy unpolluted star views. The teacher students will work out these ideas further and will present in the 2nd half of November the proposed activities to all Light Pollution Erasmus partners.


The Belgian teacher students will use the Light Pollution activities further in lessons in the Spectrumcolllege Beringen during a two week STEM project. This will take place  during spring 2024 and will be all about dark sky. So the Light Pollution activities will live on.
