First project meeting of the Croatian team

Held: October 5, 2023 at 12:20 at school

Present: both teachers (Marina Cvijić and Ivana Terzić) and 29 students (2 were sick)

1. The coordinator Marina Cvijić explained the project aims and activities to all students, introduced them with the other participating schools and countries and briefly explained the project schedule.

2. Marina Cvijić once again showed all students how to introduce themselves on the Padlet and comment on other schools' Padlets. She also reminded the students to fill out the pre-project survey on Google Forms, if they hadn't already.

3. Marina Cvijić gave all the students their Twinspace usernames and passwords and helped them all log into the Twinspace. She also showed them all the the Twinspace contains and what they can use it for, especially the online chat rooms and online meetings.

4. Marina Cvijić reminded the students about the project logo competition and its deadline, October 6 (the following day) and informed them that 3 of the team's students had already submitted their.

5. Marina Cvijić told the students about the mutual online meeting with all the other participating schools which would be held on Thursday, October 12 on Twinspace. She explained to them how to login into the meeting and what would be discussed.

6. At the end, all present students and the 2 mentors took a project team photo.

Second project meeting of the Croatian team

Held: November 23, 2023 at 13:10 at school

Present: teacher and coordinator Marina Cvijić  and 18 students (others were either in class or sick)

Meeting agenda:

1. Activity 1 roundup

2. Playing Activity 1 Kahoot! quiz

3. Activity 2 and Christmas

1. The coordinator Marina Cvijić went through all the digital posters that all the students had made about different types of sustainability and good practices at all 8 schools and all participating countries as well as other EU countries. 

2. After learning about sustainability, the students played the Kahoot! quiz and checked how much they'd learned from the posters.

3. Marina Cvijić told the students about upcoming activities - Activity 2 and Christmas activities. Students chose what they want to participate in.
