OBJECTIVESIn this project, Philosophy for Children (P4C) practices will be carried out with students. Our aim in the project is to raise individuals who question their environment through the activities to be implemented, who can think in multiple ways, who search for different solutions to the problems they encounter, who analyze, synthesize and evaluate information. Thanks to the applications, it is aimed to develop students' critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving skills. BUSINESS PROCESSOur project will start in February and end in May. During this process, philosophy sessions will be held with students on international books determined for each month and short films appropriate to the student's level. Each partner will implement this session in their own classroom and school. Philosophy practices for children are a student-centered approach and the teacher is the guide here. The teacher will help students think more deeply and question the books or movies they read.While determining the books and short films to be used in the project, care was taken to include concepts such as individual difference, diligence, cooperation, justice and bullying. In addition, the concept of prosperity, which is the eTwinning 2024 theme, was targeted when planning the events.Students' digital competencies will be improved with Web2.0 tools that will be used from the beginning to the end of the project.EXPECTED RESULTSAt the end of the project, students;1- Critical thinking skills2- Creative thinking skills3- Collaboration skills4- Respecting others' ideas5- Being able to express your own opinion easily6- Analytical thinking7- Careful thinking skills8- Communication skills9- The sense of questioning and curiosity10- Digital competencies will be developed.
