Learning through seasons

This project is designed to lead children to discover the surrounding world through cyclicity seasonal. Know the seasons in their succession, identify the main features and changes helps children to become aware of doing part of reality and to appreciate nature in its aspects. The tracks of work will be related to the world of colours and to the interests and age of children: the climate, the type of clothing, the products of nature, animal and plant behavior, habits man, festivities. The cognitive development of the child starts from the direct observation of nature and the environment, from the lived and perceived experiences that he performs. The seasons become viaticum to refine the ability to formulate hypotheses and verify them, to compare facts and events and to grasp analogies and differences, to develope the aesthetic sense in the pupils. Autumn, winter, spring and summer enter educational practice as a resource for experiences, reflections and expectations.
