Each child will be associated to a penpal, presumably of the same age. They will exchange letters during the whole school year. They will compare lifestyles , food and art of their countries, reflecting about the idea of Health and Wellness in different cultures. Starting from the driving question “Is it possible to have healthy lifestyles in our modern world? ” , the children will reflect with their teachers about the theme and produce works on the various meanings of “ good form”: in Art (reproducing and sending pictures of what they consider beautiful figures) ,in PE,Science, creating posters on healthy meals, and above all reflecting about wellness deriving from good health and good food.
