European Towns In Code

The project aims to involve all students into an action research to explore and know their own towns from different points of view: geographical, historical, artistic, musical, folk, culinary and environmental. The main aim is to exploit the local and global (GLOCAL) knowledge about towns and later to globally share them within the school partnership. The knowledge of differences and similarities will give a positive meaning to globalization. Qr codes, that will tell people in different languages cultural and environmental heritage of all partner towns, will demonstrate that differences are expressed with universal symbols that encourage the univocal reading of the other cultures and promote cultural knowledge, appreciation, inclusion and integration.
