The project is designed for young students who are learning to read and write. They will become letter detectives looking for newly learned letters in the surrounding world. Students will: - cut out pictures and words from printed sources available to prepare letter collages, - make their own handmade alphabet books after learning the alphabet, - prepare and use jumping alphabets, - prepare and use bottle caps alphabets or dominoes, - make letters of the alphabets with the help of the of the surrounding objects, - get involved into their first international project, - introduce themselves in English, present their class teacher, the classroom and the learning environment, - learn about other languages and alphabets, their similarities and differences, - share, enjoy, discuss and coompare work of the students involved in the project, - develop pupils' Fine Motor Skills, - learn to read and write
