METEO

Meteorology has for a long time been neglected by and excluded from school curriculum. It seems that nowadays with the all ongoing rapid changes in the weather patterns meteorology is becoming more important than ever, thus one of our main objectives is to point out its relevance to future generations as it will affect their lives immensely. We are sure that in the second part of the 21st century it will be even more dominant and all teachers have a rather challenging and demanding task to educate and prepare their students to do jobs that do not exist in the present world yet. It seems that some of those jobs will certainly be meteorology-related or correlated. Through meteorology this project actually addresses the entire environment – human population and all the living things that breathe our precious oxygen. By recording and gathering data about the climate change in our three countries settled in different parts of Europe and comparing it not only with the past data but with our present findings we are taking the first step towards preventing it from worsening. The next step inevitably would be finding solutions to if not prevent, than to delay it.
